Shauna Ross is appointed as Chief Pedagogy Officer for Dibber

Shauna Ross has been appointed Chief Pedagogy Officer for Dibber and is now a member of Dibber Global Leadership

In this role, Shauna will be responsible for further development and enhancement of Dibber Childhood©, for international advancement of the company pedagogy and for strengthening the global network of professional and warm-hearted pedagogues at Dibber.

Shauna Ross has worked in Dibber since September 2021, and she has been essential in the development Dibber Childhood©. Shauna holds a master’s degree in international education and bilingualism and a bachelor´s degree in broadcasting and theatre arts. She has worked as a pedagogue in Japan, South Korea, the UAE, China, and Norway. Her experience includes early, primary, secondary, and adult education. In addition, she has taught special needs classes and been principal for an international school with IB curriculum for grades 1-10.

It makes me proud that this is an internal recruitment and makes me excited that Shauna, with her extensive international experience, together with teaching at all levels, will lead the continuous development of our pedagogy,” says Morten Vårdal, Dibber Group CEO.

Shauna Ross assumes her new position from 1st July 2023.
